Booking & Payment:
All readings must be booked and paid in full prior to the session. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a Google Meet link for your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellation & Rescheduling:
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so I can offer your spot to someone else.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Rescheduling is always welcome if availability allows.

Refund Policy:
At The Grounded Path with Liv, I strive to provide supportive and intuitive guidance in every reading. If for any reason you need to cancel your session, the following policy applies:

• Cancellations: You may request a full refund if your appointment is canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled reading time.

• Resonance Guarantee: If you complete your reading and feel that it did not resonate at all or was not helpful, you may request a refund by contacting me within 24 hours of the session. I ask for honesty and openness in this process, as each reading is given with care and integrity.

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.

Session Conduct:
All readings are held in a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space. These sessions are for personal insight and guidance and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. By booking, you acknowledge you are responsible for your own choices and actions.

Privacy:
Your privacy matters. All readings are confidential and any personal information shared will never be disclosed or used outside the session.
